This program provides an opportunity for the aging network to respond to the needs of the caregiver. SWKAAA provides information and assistance to family caregivers or other individuals who care for an older or disabled person. We also provide assistance for respite for the caregiver and have several grant programs available to assist in covering the costs for this care.
